EMDR Intensives
EMDR Intensives: Focused Time for Deeper Healing
EMDR intensives are extended trauma-focused sessions that allow more time for preparation, processing, grounding, and integration than a traditional 50-minute therapy session.
They can be especially helpful for clients working with complex PTSD, narcissistic abuse, attachment wounds, grief, shame, or specific traumatic memories.
